The location of this place was amazing, right by a popular street. the staff here were friendly and approachable overall. I stayed over a weekend and reserved a king room with air conditioning, a balcony, and an inner window for some peace and quiet. 🌟

One of the main drawbacks of the hotel was the noise. The rooms were quite noisy, both from the street outside and from the thin walls that allowed me to hear the TV from neighboring rooms.

The location was mind-blowingly central, with great bars and food shops downstairs, and close to train station. The free wifi was super and the staff, although limited in English, were friendly. Surprisingly, despite reviews mentioning noise, it was quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The rooms with windows were ok, and the owner made an effort to be friendly. Can't wait to book again next time I'm in town!

We had a great experience staying at Ch Casillas. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even waiting for us to check-in late at night. They were always available on WhatsApp and quickly resolved any issues, like fixing the internet. the location of the hostel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to metro stations. We also appreciated that there was a mini market and fast food options nearby, which were open late. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 🙌.
